Q. It’s my first time at the conference and in the area. How do I register and pay?
A. Registration is easy! Just read the instructions, decide which rate you should pay, and then fill in the on-line form (you will find the link to the form on the registration page). Payment is by furikae and may seem a bit strange to those new to Japan, but is not really hard. Please read the instructions carefully. Most people pay with cash, by filling in a furikae form at the post office. A few people make a direct payment from their bank account. Overseas attendees to the online conference should follow the donation instructions listed on the registration page.
Q. It’s my first time at the conference and in the area. How should I pack? (Note: Not applicable for the online conference.)

Q. Where can I find brochures or flyers to give to my friends?
A. Promotional materials are uploaded to our Publicity Page.
Q. I cannot afford to attend without some financial assistance. Can you help? (Note: The online 2021 conference does not provide funding assistance.)
A. There are a very limited number of scholarships which can offer some discounts. Even they still have to pay at least half the cost, and probably more than that. Please see the details on the registration page and fill out the scholarship form (you will find the link to the form on the registration page).
