The 2018 conference took place in early February 2018. Registration for the 2019 conference should be open around the start of October 2018.
When registration is open later in the year, please read the instructions below, fill out the registration form and make payment by furikae.
NOTE: We are a local (within Japan) organisation and do not provide help with obtaining entry visas to Japan.
HOW TO REGISTER:
Two Parts — Payment & Registration Form
Use a Postal Money Order (furikae) to remit your money. Pick one up at any post office and send it to the following account:

Please remember to allow 7 days for the money to reach our treasurer and be recorded. Be sure to write your name and address in Roman letters. Sometimes we have trouble attributing payment. This happens when the registration form name is different from the name on the furikae form. If this situation applies to you, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us the name on your form and the date of remittance.
2) REGISTRATION FORM:

We expect almost everyone to use the online form, but if you need to register by post, please email Sarah (email@example.com), and we can send you a registration form
If you require partial financial assistance, you must apply before filling out the form. See the Financial Aid section below. The Women’s Conference is not run for profit, so please do not apply for financial aid unless you cannot attend otherwise.

To receive a full refund (less postage), please write to email@example.com before January 15. After that date, we will charge a cancellation penalty fee of 25%.
These rates include accommodation, six meals, conference program, and one onsen admission.
EARLY BIRD (payment postmarked by 30 November)
¥23,000 – shared Japanese-style room for 3 or 4
¥27,000 – Western-style room for 2 with bath
REGULAR (payment postmarked from 1 December through to the conference)
¥26,000 – shared Japanese-style room for 3 or 4
¥30,000 – Western-style room for 2 with bath
Note: All western rooms include 2 twin-size beds and sometimes a small fridge.
FIRST TIME REGISTRANTS:
¥19,000 – shared Japanese-style room for 3 or 4
¥23,000 – Western-style room for 2 with bath
BRING YOUR DAUGHTER (Age 14+)!
¥38,000 for two people – shared Japanese-style room for 3 or 4
¥46,000 for two people – Western-style room for 2 with bath
From time to time, we have enough donations from individuals and organisations to help women who will be otherwise unable to attend the conference. Please note that the availability is limited, and even when awarded, the recipient will still be responsible for a portion of the registration fee. Priority will be given to those who are attending for the first time.
There are three types of financial aid:
Full time ministry or humanitarian work: for those engaged in these activities and are in need
Travel assistance: for those coming from far away – if you need help with car pooling, please let us know
Economic hardship: for those who require financial assistance in order to attend
